Source: Gazprom to offer 6-year Eurobonds in euros

MOSCOW, Feb 9 (PRIME) -- Russian gas giant Gazprom plans to offer 6-year euro-denominated Eurobonds, a financial source told PRIME on Tuesday.

The company plans to hold a series of calls devoted to the possible placement later in the day.

Gazprombank, J.P. Morgan, IMI-Intesa Sanpaolo, SMBC Nikko, and VTB Capital will act as organizers.
